*I understand that a $300 non-refundable deposit is required to hold the dates for our upcoming event. This deposit will be adjoined to the overall cost of the retreat. I understand that there are no refunds on the retreat deposits. If the team cancels or falls below the required numbers, Wonder Voyage retains the deposit.

*I understand a $65 - $85 per participant fee and all release forms are due one week prior to the Expozure event. A minimum of 21 paid participants is required for the event. This may be in conjunction with another organization. The primary date holder of the Expozure retreat retains the right to set the event agenda.

*No one will be allowed to participate unless they have turned in a signed medical and event release provided by Wonder Voyage.
