After thousands of hours preparing for and leading pilgrimages across the globe for a quarter century, the Wonder Voyage staff understands that the biggest difference between teams who experience wonder and those who don’t is the level of team preparation.

Over the years, groups that joined a Wonder Voyage wanted resources for preparation, but there was nothing available that we could point to and say, ‘start here.”

Wonder Voyage, with the help of staff members, guides, and student ministers, brainstormed what such a training program would look like.

We identified six critical elements that separate good teams from great teams, and then we developed a curriculum around those elements.
